What the role entails
We are currently looking for an Executive Producer to join our team in Stockholm. As an Executive Producer, you would:
• Work with one or more of our Swedish and European based studios, including frequent travel and onsite work
• Together with studio and project leadership, define project strategy, production goals, organization and timelines, and help them to deliver
• Help teams reach their quality targets in a collaborative and constructive way
• Ensure effective project tracking, including milestone reviews and feedback
• Follow-up the production planning in line with agreed budget, scope, timelines, and quality standards
• Prepare and regularly communicate project status information to management
• Liaise with other Tencent Teams that offer services and coordinate with them to leverage existing resources and expertise
• Support the search for co-dev and outsourcing partners, and set-up collaborations with them
• Support the studio development team to help them do their best work, in a satisfying and sustainable manner
Who We Look For• 10+ years’ games production experience, shipping multiple titles on PC and Consoles
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability
• A track record of successful completed projects
• Experience working in multi-site and multi-cultural environments
• Practical experience and good understanding of Live Ops and GaaS
• An understanding of a wide range of project management concepts, tools and approaches, and an ability to tailor methods to meet the requirements of the team
• A passion for games and an understanding of technical and creative concepts
