We are looking for an Executive Producer, reporting to our Global Executive Creative Director, and working closely with our Brand Creative Director, to oversee production of Brand Content, including upper-funnel campaigns, social and editorial photography, video and audio assets.
What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage production of brand campaign advertising assets, including, but not limited to broadcast spots, photography shoots, and brand video; this includes coordination of project requirement definition, agency or vendor RFPs, contracts, budgets, timelines and on-location shoot coordination.
• Work closely with partners to maintain standards, best practices, processes, and norms that ensure high quality and efficient creation of creative assets that serve the needs of our marketing offense.
• Mentor and lead a global remote Production team, including a Producer and Coordinator
• Communicate complex production concepts to those unfamiliar with creative production
• Own and maintain overall Production budget across channels
• Manage production timelines and schedules: collaborate with Project Management and Creative Directors to coordinate seamless creation and delivery of creative assets.
• Partner with social and activations teams to create content to power our brand-centric social content engine.
• Manage on-set production: talent, internal and external partners, schedules, call sheets, permitting
• Partner with internal and external legal partners to ensure relevant Brand Content Production meets necessary legal standards and requirements (e.g. Business Affairs activities).
• Remotely manage the internal Photography Studio: Establish house rules, pay bills, and maintain communication with our internal Real Estate team and rental landlord.
• Build strategic business cases for Production and Photography needs as they arise

• 8+ years of experience in creative production.
• Consistent track record in creative execution, timely and on-budget, for Motion and Photography projects across all media channels (Social Media, Broadcast, etc.), with limited oversight / supervision.
• Experience working with agencies, production houses, freelancers, contractors and internal teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in production and project management best practices.
• An understanding of and passion for creative excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively articulate production opportunities and decision making.
• Strong collaboration skills - And the mindset that each project is a chance to collectively learn, grow and add something to the team.
