About The RoleWe’re hiring an Executive Operations Lead to build and run the operating system for our executive team. This is not a traditional EA role. You will own prioritization, workflows, and leadership cadence so our CEO and exec team can operate at maximum leverage. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate needs, and ensure the executive layer of the company runs smoothly as we scale.
What You'll Do — Impact In Your First 3–6 Months:Take ownership of executive calendars and cross-functional prioritization
Strengthen weekly leadership alignment and KR reporting
Run seamless executive travel end-to-end
Bring structure to onboarding/offboarding and payroll approvals
Establish clean rhythms for board and investor coordination
Build a scalable executive operations function
Improve clarity and accountability across leadership workflows
Reduce friction in recurring processes (meetings, reporting, travel, onboarding)
Act as a force multiplier for the CEO and executive team
2–4+ years in executive operations, senior EA, chief of staff–lite, or similar roles at high-growth startups
Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Strong systems thinking and operational discipline
Excellent written communication and sound judgment
Comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
