Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Executive Office Administrator (Level C) to support four (4) BSC (Boeing South Carolina) Supply Chain executive directors in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including logistics, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliation
- Collect and compile data to support traveler review and signature
- Create, edit, and maintain electronic and written communications
- Track and maintain information for department and business operations
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences
- Prioritize and manage team schedules and availability efficiently
- Maintain conference room schedules to ensure effective resource use
- Coordinate with key partners to acquire and maintain resources, including office supplies
- Plan and execute logistics for internal and external executive-level events
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Use software, tools, and systems to manage, collect, and interpret data
- Demonstrate Boeing Values and Behaviors
- Provide guidance to less experienced employees while working under limited supervision
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- High School Diploma or higher
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives
- 3+ years of experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
- 3+ years of experience managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- 3+ years of experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience with data analytics
- 3+ years of experience converting data into presentations
- Effective professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a high level of integrity and discretion
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility with dynamic requests
