Responsibilities:

• Arranges complex international travel itinerary, familiar with international airline and hotel booking system/ rules.
• Meeting & Calendar maintenance.
• Organizes on site or virtual meetings including Global and Regional Townhalls, prepare documents/presentations efficiently, help with summary and follow up actions when needed.
• Support global visitor’s local logistics.
• Responsible for the expense report, office supplies, and daily admin support.
• Support to organize global/regional key events as needed.
• Support the collection, organization, and reporting of marketing intelligence data, including markets, customers, and peers.
• Assist in building and maintaining basic dashboards and reports that will bolster our strategic marketing team.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used for marketing strategies and business development efforts.

Job Qualification
 

Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:

• 8+ years of work experience, with experience to support senior executives at regional or global level. Must be fluent in English speaking and writing
• 1–3 years of experience in market intelligence support is not required, but plus
• Proficient in PowerPoint and excel.
• Organizational skills, attention to details. Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiar with international travel arrangement.
• Effective communication with global teams.
• Proactive, supportive and positive attitude. Great interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable learning and working with new market intelligence data.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from a marketing team.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relative discipline.
