The Executive Manager, Strategy & Transformation is a senior leadership role within Corporate Technology, acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Executive General Manager. You will operate at the centre of the domain, shaping strategic direction, orchestrating executive communications, and ensuring priorities translate into clear, aligned outcomes across the portfolio.

Your impact and contribution

You will bring energy, clarity and commercial judgement, connecting the dots across domains to drive alignment and momentum at scale.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the EGM, providing counsel and shaping executive decision‑making

  • Lead domain-level communications, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across leadership and the broader organisation

  • Translate strategy into actionable priorities, aligning portfolios to deliver measurable business outcomes

  • Connect initiatives across technology, business and risk, bringing a commercial and operational lens to decision-making

  • Shape and deliver executive-level content, including Board papers, investment proposals and governance materials

  • Design and deliver strategic planning cycles, leadership forums and high-impact events

  • Act as a trusted sounding board, challenging thinking and injecting pace and energy into the leadership team

  • Identify opportunities to simplify, improve performance and strengthen cross-domain alignment

  • Lead and influence complex transformation initiatives, maintaining momentum and execution discipline across the organisation

  • Build compelling narratives and engagement strategies to uplift alignment, clarity and delivery at scale

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Executive-level experience operating as a trusted advisor within large, complex, regulated environments, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape enterprise direction.

  • A strong advisory background, partnering closely with EGM/GM stakeholders to shape strategy, challenge thinking and guide decision-making

  • Experience leading domain-level communications, with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives across diverse audiences

  • Demonstrated capability writing high-quality Board and executive-level materials, including papers, investment proposals and strategic messaging

  • A commercial and operational mindset, able to connect priorities across portfolios and translate strategy into actionable outcomes

  • Strong presence and judgement, with confidence engaging senior executives and facilitating high-stakes forums, planning cycles and events

  • Ability to bring energy and pace, driving alignment in complex environments

  • Proven track record navigating ambiguity, influencing across Group level business domains, and aligning stakeholders to a common direction

  • Advanced problem solving and analytical capability, using data and insight to inform decisions and shape direction
