Job Description- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
- Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives
- Resolving software and hardware issues
- Troubleshooting computer problems
- Monitoring email usage and changing passwords
- Manage IT budgets, including vendor negotiations
- Ensure IT policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- 1 year of experience in IT Administration
Other Requirements:
- A genuine passion for IT administration
- Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Has quick learning approach: fail fast, learn fast, but get things done before deadline
Job Location: Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Office Days and Times:
The office is open from Sunday to Thursday (9 am to 6 pm). Saturdays of every month will be considered as on demand working days.
