Role profile

The Issuer Services team sits within the Capital Markets team of the London Stock Exchange.  The team’s directive is to build and manage relationships with issuers and be a revenue generating center through the Issuer Services platform and other services: www.lsegissuerservices.com

Our core clients are the Investor Relations teams and the c-suite within our Issuers and Pre-IPO companies.  We aim to offer them a range of products and services through the platform, that is split across five broad areas:

Company profile page on www.londonstockexchange.com Data -  pricing / trading data Marketplace – LSE and third party service providers presented to issuers Spark – Thought leadership content and events SparkLive – Company results presentations and livestreams

3,4,5 above are directly revenue generating.  1 and 2 provide insights and tools to the issuers that are valuable and drive adoption of the platform.  Should the Refinitiv transaction successfully close, we anticipate that there will be an opportunity to share more valuable data with our issuers through the platform.

SparkLive

Through SparkLive (https://www.lsegissuerservices.com/spark?channel=sparklive)  we give our issuers and pre-IPO companies the opportunity to livestream and host on demand their corporate presentations including capital markets days, results presentations, AGMs and roadshows in the public domain and also through a private link.  We distribute the livestreams through SparkLive and also through londonstockexchange.com to capitalize on our distribution capabilities. We also anticipate that there will be the opportunity to leverage Refinitiv distribution through Workspace and other platforms.

We currently offer functionality through the platform such as Q&A, speaker bios, description, save the date, request a one-on-one meeting etc. We rely on third party technology providers to provide the livestreaming embed.   Our USP is our trusted brand, our distribution capabilities and our functionality.

We launched SparkLive in 2020 and we have seen some good initial traction with clients. There is significant scope for growth.
