Responsibilities
- HIS software troubleshooting of all user problems from all departments HIS user.
- HIS software error's verification and Report to IT.
- HIS software management level task, user creation and Permission assigning.
- Developing My Apollo Web site. Making Patient Diagnostic Test Result available online.
- HIS Training to Department People and Preparing User manual of Module.
- Taking care of restoring data from main database server to My Apollo database
- Call receiving from all HIS user and giving solution on phone if it possible or personally going to handle the problem
- Developing the real time reports w.r.t HIS.

- Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge

Skills Required
- Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and BE/MCA
- 3+ years experience in HIS software support and troubleshooting
- Experience verifying HIS errors and reporting to IT
- Experience with HIS user management (user creation, permission assigning)
- Experience developing My Apollo website or web features to publish patient diagnostic results online
- Experience restoring/synchronizing data between main database server and My Apollo database
- Experience delivering HIS training and preparing user manuals
- Problem solving skills, ability to multi-task, good communication and teamwork skills
