In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Transport Services Sdn BhdJob Description
- Plan and monitor the daily haulage operations.
- Ensure that all bookings received are through valid emails only.
- Ensure all bookings (job orders) are entered into the Sovy system (open job) and consistently monitor that all jobs are updated.
- Monitor and prepare daily reports on the movement of haulage operation trucks.
- Request, record, and process the return of haulage operational advance payments along with related documents.
- Verify drivers’ allowances and work wages (advance & salary).
- Prepare REV reports.
- Monitor and verify monthly haulage invoices and ensure that all invoices are sent to customers.
- Monitor and verify transportation rates before submission to management for approval.
- Prepare the monthly haulage income report for HQ finance.
- Monitor customer debts for haulage operations through the Statement of Account (SOA).
- Maintain good relationships with haulage operation customers.
- Ensure and verify all repair works carried out (MR) and maintain constant communication with the workshop regarding vehicle repairs.
- Prepare preliminary reports in the event of an accident and ensure all recovery processes are carried out until completion.
- Prepare and verify KPI reports for haulage operation staff.
- Collaborate with the employer on matters related to safety and the environment.
- Comply with the instructions and procedures of ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 14001:2015, Anti-Bribery Management System ISO 37001:2016, MS ISO 9001:2015, and Halal Logistics Certification MS 24001:2019.
Skills Required
- Experience in haulage operations
