Overview

As the Executive Finance Program Manager for our CFO, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing complex financial processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You'll be a trusted advisor to the CFO, ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and alignment across the organization. This position requires a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities

1. Strategic Process Management

  • Collaborate closely with the CFO to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of financial processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

2. Requirements Management

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements related to financial systems, reporting, and analytics.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and initiatives by managing dependencies and resources effectively.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as a bridge between the CFO's office and other departments (e.g., Finance, Operations, Legal, HR).
  • Facilitate communication, alignment, and coordination across teams.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture.

4. Executive Support

  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings.
  • Assist the CFO in preparing for meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

5. Special Projects

  • Lead or participate in special projects as assigned by the CFO.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide recommendations to address critical business challenges.

Qualifications

- Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, strategy, or operations.
  • Prior experience in a Sr. Program Finance Manager role is highly desirable.
  • Driving Finance employee engagement and development programs.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change.
  • Proficiency in project management and process improvement.
  • High level of integrity and discretion.

This position is based at our headquarters in Wilmington MA
