Key responsibilities
● Accountable for Month close processes – Review of Journal entry preparation, general ledger account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, financial reporting etc.
● Responsible for guiding the team on matters related to policy and procedures.
● Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required.
● Drive business metric improvement in Record to report area
● Responsible for delivering on SLA/KPIs
● Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation, & efficiencies by generating & executing ideas.
● Individual would manage a team size of 10-15 people and be responsible for effective performance management of the team.
Qualification & experience
? B. Com, M. Com, Inter CA (Any finance qualification)
? Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience
? Subject matter expert with strong understanding of month close accounting
? Expert knowledge of SAP and other tools like Blackline etc.
? Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI
? Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
? Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively. 00A0
? Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans.

Skills Required
