We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and highly organized Administrator to lead our incredible team of Caregivers, Culinary staff, and Housekeepers.

• The Captain of the Ship: You will oversee the daily operations, regulatory compliance, and overall success of the Prairie Ridge buildings.

• The Culture Champion: You set the tone. Your positive energy will inspire the staff, comfort the families, and delight our residents.

• The Goal: Ensure our community operates flawlessly while remaining a warm, welcoming, and safe home for our seniors.

Every day will bring a new mix of business operations and human connection. Your main areas of focus will include:

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of staff. You will foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun.

• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Ensure the facility meets or exceeds all state and local regulations for assisted living. You will manage audits, safety protocols, and quality assurance.

• Resident & Family Relations: Be the friendly, approachable face of Prairie Ridge. You will build strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Financial & Occupancy Management: Oversee the community's budget, manage resources effectively, and conduct warm, inviting tours for prospective residents and their families to maintain healthy occupancy.

• Community Engagement: Coordinate with local healthcare providers, vendors, and the broader community to ensure our residents have access to the best resources.

• The Experience: Proven leadership experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care environment.

• The Credentials: Degree in healthcare or related field with experience in Health Care, completion of a Department approved Administrators training course, or a Nursing Home Administrator License

• The Vibe Check: You are highly organized, calm under pressure, and deeply empathetic. You don't hide in an office; you love walking the halls and being visible to your team and residents.

• The Basics: Strong computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a solid understanding of healthcare and HR practices.

• Reliability: Ability to pass a comprehensive state background check and be available for on-call.
