Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Leadership

  • Develop and lead world-class, integrated creative ideas that power the "Imagine That" brand platform across every medium — from broadcast to digital and beyond.

  • Be a hands-on concept shaper: generate, refine, and guide breakthrough ideas from concept through execution.

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Creative to translate strategic goals into emotionally resonant, culturally relevant work.

  • Champion a balance of brand storytelling through to performance-driven creative, ensuring every execution drives both inspiration and impact.

  • Lead high-profile initiatives that re-define how Xfinity connects with audiences through experiences, partnerships, and innovation.

Omnichannel Collaboration

  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, media, and experience design teams to ensure creative coherence across the full customer journey.

  • On occasion, work with external agency partners to inspire integrated campaigns that align with Xfinity’s national challenger mindset.

  • Collaborate with retail, digital, and content teams to deliver consistent brand experiences across owned and paid channels.

  • Integrate insights, data, and cultural trends into the creative process to ensure the work is both meaningful and modern.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, copywriters, designers, and content creators within a growing creative department.

  • Foster a creative culture grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and accountability — where bold ideas thrive.

  • Nurture and develop talent, encouraging experimentation and professional growth.

  • Partner with the VP of Creative, Head of Strategy, and Production leads to set the creative bar for the organization.

Qualifications:
  • 13+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably across top-tier agencies or in-house teams.

  • A proven portfolio of integrated, omnichannel work that demonstrates conceptual excellence and measurable impact.

  • Deep understanding of storytelling across digital, social, experiential, and emerging media.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills; capable of inspiring confidence with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience partnering with external agencies and internal teams on large-scale, high-visibility campaigns.

  • Track record of leading creative that shifts perception and drives growth.

Personal Attributes:
  • A hands-on creative leader who thrives in the work — concepting, shaping, and elevating ideas daily.

  • Strategic yet imaginative; able to translate insights into bold creative expressions.

  • Passionate about culture, technology, and new forms of storytelling.

  • Collaborative by nature — a trusted partner and mentor who builds creative momentum through connection.

  • Ambitious for the brand and the team — motivated to build something transformative at scale.

Why Join?:
  • This is a rare opportunity to help define the next chapter of one of America’s most recognized brands. You’ll be part of a creative leadership team reinventing what in-house creative can be — shaping Xfinity into a true challenger brand, crafting culture-forward work, and setting a new benchmark for excellence.

  • Support a culture of inclusion in how you work and lead.
