What you’ll do

Measure, quantify & monetise, predict & project the impact of brand. Give clients greater certainty over their strategic brand and business decisions that support brand transformation deliverables from the wider team.

  • Synthesize diverse data sources (primary, secondary, client financial, proprietary) to deliver actionable insights that demonstrate the commercial impact of brands and inform client strategy.
  • Build 5-year projective models for brand equity and develop robust business cases for brand change.
  • Continuously evolve and enhance our Brand Performance offerings, create new Landor IP, and leverage advanced tools and methodologies (e.g., brand portfolio optimization, investment modeling, equity tracking).
  • Partner effectively across internal teams (Strategy, Client Services, Design) and act as a data-driven consultant to clients and colleagues, designing approaches to connect and analyze disparate data sources.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage best-in-class Brand Performance suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members in the application of analytics and brand research tools, and educate Landor colleagues on our core methodologies for in-depth analytics and brand equity measurement.
  • Champion Brand Performance by building compelling case studies and content, and support new business growth by defining Brand Performance needs in RFPs, proposals, and pitch materials.

What you’ll need

  • Extensive experience in a similar role gained within a brand/design or marketing services agency, ideally across both B2C and B2B categories.
  • An understanding in building future-facing models, including financial models, ROI measurement, brand and business value, setting up and tracking commercial KPIs, and working with predictive models and tools.
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships as well as developing, pitching and winning new business.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting and collaborating with Executive-level teams
  • Confidence managing and leading a team.
