The Executive Creative Director (ECD) is the senior creative leader responsible for operational creative execution across Beast Industries. Reporting to the Head of Viral Marketing, this role ensures that creative work across secondary YouTube channels, social content, commercial products, services, and brand partnerships is executed with consistency, quality, and speed.
Success in this role means translating creative vision into scalable execution, leading a high-performing creative organization, and maintaining exceptional creative standards across a rapidly expanding portfolio of content and commercial initiatives.
The RoleAs the senior creative execution leader within the Viral Marketing organization, you will oversee the creative pipeline that supports Beast Industries' secondary YouTube ecosystem, social content, commercial product launches, service offerings, and brand partnerships.
You will lead directors, editors, designers, and copywriters while partnering closely with the Head of Viral Marketing to convert strategic direction into clear production plans that enable high-quality creative output at scale.
What You'll Do- Lead end-to-end creative execution across secondary YouTube channels, product marketing campaigns, service launches, and partnership activations.
- Oversee daily creative operations, ensuring projects, resources, and production timelines align with departmental priorities.
- Maintain quality control across production and post-production, ensuring all creative assets adhere to established brand standards and creative direction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creative leaders, editors, designers, and copywriters.
- Translate strategic creative direction from the Head of Viral Marketing into actionable production roadmaps and execution plans.
- Partner with Growth, Commerce, and Product teams to deliver creative work that supports commercial objectives while maintaining viral appeal.
- Build and optimize creative workflows that enable high-volume production without compromising quality.
- Drive consistency across visual storytelling for secondary YouTube channels, commercial products, consumer services, and brand partnerships.
- 10+ years of senior creative leadership experience in digital media, high-growth entertainment, or leading creative agencies.
- Demonstrated experience leading creative teams through high-volume production and post-production environments.
- Expert understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, social video platforms, and audience retention strategies.
- Experience developing creative assets for commercial products, consumer services, or major brand partnerships.
- Proven ability to operationalize creative strategy and lead multidisciplinary creative teams under demanding production timelines.
- Experience scaling creative operations within a founder-led or rapidly growing organization.
- Deep knowledge of post-production pipelines, visual effects, and design systems.
- Experience integrating commercial products into digital content.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable creative feedback.
