JOB PURPOSE
To perform tasks involving the planning, coordination, monitoring, and implementation of corporate services functions to support the operational and strategic needs of FGV Security Services Sdn. Bhd.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Corporate Business Planning and Reporting
Assist in the preparation of business plans, annual budgets, and operational plans for the company.
Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, performance tracking, and reporting to management and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and submit periodic performance and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Internal and External Communications & Corporate Events
Ensure compliance with FGV Group Corporate Identity (CI) guidelines in all branding, signage, and communication materials.
Support internal and external communication activities, including event planning, staff bulletins, and stakeholder engagement.
Coordinate corporate events such as meetings, briefings, and employee engagement programs
Compliance and Governance
Support compliance with Corporate Governance, Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) Policy, and Document Classification Policy.
Assist in conducting awareness sessions and maintaining documentation related to governance and compliance.
Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
Coordinate BCM awareness and testing exercises to ensure operational readiness.
Report on BCM activities to the Head of Department and relevant group functions as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services, administration, or related areas.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
