As an Executive Producer at SixSpeed, you will be the driving force behind our content production team, shaping the strategic vision and ensuring the seamless execution of high-caliber projects. This role demands a seasoned leader with exceptional creative insight, strategic foresight, and a proven ability to cultivate strong client and external vendor partnerships. You will not only oversee the production process from inception to delivery, but also champion innovation, optimize resource allocation, and elevate our creative output. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and ensuring that all productions exceed expectations, consistently delivering exceptional value within budgetary and time constraints. Your leadership will be pivotal in navigating complex projects, anticipating challenges, and fostering a culture of creative problem-solving.


THE TASK AT HAND

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound content production projects, developing appropriate strategies and resource allocation.
  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content production projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Champion creative ideas, providing solutions to bring them to life within budget constraints.
  • Own content production budget development and management processes, ensuring team proficiency.
  • Oversee budget development, management, reconciliation, reporting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Support internal and external teams through all production stages, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage in-house content production resources, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and creative exploration.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 8+ years of experience in content production and management, with a focus on commercial photo and video.
  • Proven track record of producing successful photo and video productions.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design, and aesthetics.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, adapting to varying scopes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including multitasking and prioritization.
  • Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate teams.
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, and resourcefulness.

This role offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
