As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000. Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications and skill level.

Skills Required
- 1 to 7 years of experience in law
- Experience with equity compensation for companies
- Knowledge of the Internal Revenue Code provisions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong academic background in law
