Job Summary
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to Chief Legal Officer and Chief People Officer. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of company operations and administrative processes.
The Executive Business Partner manages complex calendars, prepares reports and presentation materials, and serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination, and expense processing.
● Prepare presentation materials and reports for internal meetings and leadership briefings.
● Coordinate logistics for department-wide or cross-functional events and meetings.
● Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and internal communications.
● Maintain a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
● Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams or external partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
● Perform administrative tasks such as invoice tracking, purchase orders, and records management.
● Recommend and implement improvements to administrative workflows and systems.

Typical Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
● 4+ years of experience providing administrative support, with at least 2 years supporting
senior leadership preferred.
● Familiarity with corporate administrative practices and organizational protocols.
● Experience working with Board of Directors a plus.
The pay range for this position is between $90,000 to $115,000 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
