Job Responsibilities

The Department Operations Support Team Member plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the International Marketing department. This position provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and operational support to sales teams, management, and regional offices. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment.

  • Provide on-day event support for large-scale, multiple-location events
  • Manage patron belonging records including monthly physical checks and condition reviews
  • Manage the organization, tracking, and auditing of storage room inventory, ensuring all processes align with department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate patron gift purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate gift inventory logs and submit monthly reports to Gaming Audit
  • Handle ad-hoc patron arrangements and special requests
  • Support restaurant table requests and festive table holds for patron engagement
  • Coordinate event ticket packing and distribution
  • Support overseas regional dinners and gala planning where necessary
  • Participate in the planning and execution of departmental events, team building activities, and townhalls
  • Support the team with administrative support to Senior Management including, but not limited to, travel arrangements, calendaring and expense management

Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field

Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operational support roles

Other Prerequisites

  • Proactive, resourceful and anticipatory of departmental needs
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, HR, Finance, and Compliance
  • Ability to multitask under pressure in a face pace environment
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to perform rotating shift work and work on public holidays and weekends
