We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a multi-business owner and leadership team in High Point, NC.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities at once, and enjoys helping executives and teams stay organized, productive, and on track.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, tech-savvy, and confident handling executive communications, project follow-up, scheduling, and operational coordination.
Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars and scheduling using Google Calendar and Calendly
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and logistics
- Make and receive phone calls on behalf of leadership
- Manage communications, emails, and follow-up tasks
- Organize documents and systems within Google Drive
- Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple businesses
- Conduct project management check-ins and accountability follow-ups
- Provide status updates and reporting to the Owner, CEO, and leadership team
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
- Assist with operational coordination and day-to-day executive support
- Help ensure priorities and projects continue moving efficiently
- Must be located in North Carolina
- Minimum 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable making and taking phone calls professionally
- Experience supporting executives, business owners, or leadership teams
- Proficient with:
- Google Calendar
- Google Drive
- Calendly
- Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

This is a W-2 position with compensation up to $25/hour based on experience.
