Executive Assistant – Church of the King
Status: Full Time

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Pastor, enabling greater focus on executive leadership responsibilities. This role requires excellence in organization, communication, confidentiality, and follow-through in a fast-paced ministry environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Pastor
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events
  • Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, communications, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, guest speakers, and visitor logistics, including accommodations and hospitality
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, staff, vendors, church members, and external partners
  • Receive, screen, and direct incoming communications, calls, and visitors with professionalism and discretion
  • Take, compile, and distribute meeting notes and follow-up items as needed
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making and planning
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and deliverables
  • Monitor, organize, and respond to incoming communications in a timely manner
  • Support executive and leadership teams with administrative tasks related to meetings, documents, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency within administrative operations

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative or high-level support experience may be substituted in lieu of degree

  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs
