The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to CCR’s CEO. Based in our downtown Chicago office, this role is critical to enabling the CEO’s effectiveness, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting executive-level decision-making in a high-impact environment with evolving priorities.
This position requires an individual who is motivated to support the CEO’s complex and evolving needs, exercising exceptional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. They must demonstrate strong attention to detail, impeccable follow-through, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently and precisely. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
This individual will play an integral part in championing the organization's culture and will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Executive Support to CEO (50%)
- Serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, while managing a highly complex and ever-evolving calendar, including meetings, events, and strategic priorities
- Maintaining proactive communication to inform them of upcoming appointments and meetings, identifying key issues, and prioritizing the schedule accordingly
- Prepare executive-level materials, including presentations, briefing documents, and correspondence
- Support the coordination and assembly of board materials, including collecting inputs, formatting, and ensuring timely distribution
- Track action items from executive meetings and ensure timely progress and accountability
- Act as a strategic liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, board members, and partners
Support to VP, Origination & VP, Revenue (30%)
- Partner with VPs to manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling conflicts
- Communicate proactively on upcoming commitments, aligning schedules with shifting priorities
- Develop executive-ready presentations, briefings, and correspondence
- Coordinate leadership materials and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution and accountability
Administrative Coordination (10%)
- Coordinate the logistics of Meetings, Conference Calls, and Video Conferences
- Create PowerPoint Presentations
- Manage complex and fluctuating schedule
- Coordinate and book travel; prepare itineraries
- Manage, submit, and reconcile travel and entertainment expenses, including tracking receipts, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining accurate, timely reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Office Operations & Culture (10%)
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including coordinating with building management, handling shipping/receiving, and ensuring a well-organized, fully functional workplace
- Support a seamless employee experience by managing office supplies, preparing workspaces for new hires, greeting visitors, and providing light IT troubleshooting in partnership with internal support teams
- Coordinate and execute internal events and meetings, including planning logistics for large and small gatherings, managing weekly lunches, and arranging and setting up catering and food service
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including former experience as a C-level executive assistant
- Notary Public, a plus
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Exceptional judgement and the ability to be discreet on sensitive matters
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels, including C-Suite
- Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, able to multi-task

Location: The position will be based out of our Chicago office, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation: The salary range for the position is $100,000-$130,000 plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
