Job Summary
Provides administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, Chief Technology Officer and General Manager, Strata. The ideal candidate has extensive administrative experience with senior leaders and C-suite level executives. Primary responsibilities include: managing the executives' calendars with a proactive and detailed approach, scheduling domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries, registering and escorting guests, and assists with logistics around team meetings and events. This EA interacts with Company personnel at all levels of the organization, including the most senior executives. They must project the appropriate professional image of the Company to internal and external contacts. This individual must be able to handle highly confidential company information.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Communicates with key contacts, handles phone and email inquiries from internal and external key contacts, answers routine questions and furnishes information.
  • Responsible for the coordination and scheduling of internal and external meetings and presentations; gathers and prepares necessary materials and/or equipment.
  • Assures the planning and coordination of the executive and department calendar of events, including the administrative running of the departments their leaders oversee.
  • Schedules appointments and prepares detailed itineraries, as needed.
  • Assures the maintenance of travel and expense account and records, including form preparation and figure reconciliation.
  • Assists in planning department events, staff meeting and activities as needed.
  • Displays a strong knowledge of desktop tools such as the Microsoft Suite of Office products, including email, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Manages registration and escorting of visitors as needed.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $38.72 - $58.08
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
