We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide senior-level support to three firmwide global executives. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, operational rigor, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience supporting numerous executives is a requirement. Experience in financial services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and strategically manage complex, constantly evolving executive calendars; prioritize competing demands and coordinate all meeting logistics including preparation of materials and briefing documents.
- Organize team events, socials, and offsite meetings.
- Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, logistics, and real-time adjustments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Draft and prepare high-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communications on behalf of executives.
- Review and quality-control materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professional presentation.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison; prioritize calls and inquiries with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Partner with executives on strategic initiatives, research projects, and special assignments.
- Compile and synthesize reports and information for leadership review.
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

- Demonstrated success supporting multiple senior executives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and proactively resolve them.

- Ability to conduct research utilizing various resources.
- Strong ownership mindset with impeccable work ethic and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken), with the ability to engage effectively across all levels internally and externally
