About OpenCoreOS
A "Thin Ledger," not a thick core: We provide a hyper-performant ledger using Go, Rust, and multi-region distributed databases. This gives banks a simple, powerful, and open foundation to build on, not a monolithic cage
AI-native by design: AI isn't an add-on; it's woven into our fabric. We use it to power autonomous operations, create agentic development workflows, and build an intelligent, self-healing system
Unbreakable and open: We engineer for five-nines reliability and bulletproof consistency, targeting the scale of a Tier-1 bank managing hundreds of millions of transactions daily. By building on open technologies and shaping new standards, we ensure our platform provides a foundation for innovation, not another form of lock-in
Backed by proven industry builders: Our leadership team combines the strategic insight of ex-McKinsey banking, product, and engineering experts with the battle-tested experience of a founder who built and scaled a mission-critical enterprise fintech company serving the world's largest banks. This is paired with the firsthand operational knowledge of former global bank CIOs, giving us an unparalleled understanding of the market we are redefining

Coordinate travel logistics: flights, hotels, itineraries across multiple time zones
Support company operations: leadership meetings, small projects, office logistics
Use AI tools daily to draft communications, summarize documents, create trackers, and streamline recurring tasks
Must have:
Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, finance, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication – clear, concise, professional
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Strong at time-zone coordination and managing complex schedules
Ownership mindset and flexibility – willing to jump in and handle whatever comes up
Either experienced with AI and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) OR keen to self-learn and adopt them as core to your daily work
Candidates must have a valid work permit or legal authorization to work in Canada.

What We Do
OpenCoreOS is the world’s first AI-native platform built to modernize global banking infrastructure. It provides a real-time, composable, and autonomous foundation that lets financial institutions operate and innovate at Tier-1 scale — across any cloud, geography, or asset type. By turning the core from a bottleneck into a catalyst, OpenCoreOS abstracts away the complexity of security, scalability, and resilience, enabling banks and fintechs to build and deploy bank-grade applications with speed and confidence.
Built on an unbreakable foundation and powered by MARS, its autonomous SRE system, OpenCoreOS delivers unmatched uptime, auditability, and resilience. Aligned with BIAN service domains, it provides banks with a real-time, compliant, and self-healing core. The Command Center – “Cursor for Banking” – unifies monitoring, compliance, and configuration through natural-language interaction, enabling teams to model products or migrate cores conversationally. Supporting fiat and digital assets, including stablecoins and tokenized deposits, OpenCoreOS powers the next era of programmable, intelligent, and unbreakable finance.
