The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership, managing schedules, communications, and projects to ensure organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Coordinate internal and external communications
- Assist with project planning and administrative priorities
Requirements:
- Executive support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
