The Role
We’re looking for a world-class Executive Assistant who can operate as a strategic force multiplier for the CEO. This is not a traditional admin role. You will be deeply embedded into the CEO’s workflow, helping drive execution across Verifi’s global priorities, managing communication flows, and acting as an extension of the CEO’s judgment, prioritization, and operating rhythm.
This role is for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, loves bringing order to complexity, and has the executive polish to work with senior leaders across Saint-Gobain, global customers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Own
Executive Operations & Prioritization
- Manage and continuously optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring priorities, energy management, and business impact are front-loaded.
- Ensure the CEO is always prepared — the right context, documents, and decision inputs at the right time.
- Proactively shield the CEO’s time by filtering requests, triaging inbound communication, and eliminating noise.
Communication & Coordination
- Draft high-quality emails, memos, internal communications, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the point of coordination between the CEO’s office and leaders across Verifi, Saint-Gobain, and partners.
- Track commitments, deadlines, and decisions from CEO-level meetings and ensure flawless follow-through.
Program Management & Execution Support
- Assist in driving key cross-functional initiatives (Board prep, leadership meetings, strategic planning cycles, customer visits, etc.).
- Support coordination of travel, logistics, and major events (industry conferences, Climate Week, ExCo meetings, investor sessions).
Confidentiality & Judgment
- Handle highly sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Exhibit sound judgment in ambiguous situations; able to escalate appropriately and make decisions independently when required.

- Represent the CEO with professionalism, discretion, and clarity.

Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of EA, project management, or operations experience supporting a senior executive in a high-growth, high-stakes business.
- Experience in tech, B2B SaaS, venture-backed or fast-paced environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex international schedules and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of discretion, reliability, and executional excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if experience is exceptional.
