We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team, providing exceptional support to our Executive Assistant (EA) team. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Provide administrative support to the EA team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, expenses and coordinating travel arrangements
- Maintain EA team documentation
- Assist with special projects and initiatives
- Provide holiday coverage for EAs, ensuring seamless support to leaders and teams during absences

Required Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years experience in similar role
- Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) essential
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Team player essential

- Self-starter, professional and organized
- Able to work under pressure
- Tech savvy and willing to learn
- 'No task is too small' mentality
