Role overviewThe Executive Assistant (EA) is a trusted partner to Muvr’s executive leadership, responsible for maximizing executive effectiveness through exceptional organization, communication, and anticipation of needs. This role plays a critical part in keeping the company running smoothly by managing priorities, information flow, and logistics in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role reports directly to the CEO and may support additional executives as the company scales.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Priority Management- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across internal and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities.
- Prepare executives for meetings with agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for executive communications.
- Draft, review, and organize emails, documents, and presentations.
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution on action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expenses.
- Support board meetings, offsites, and executive events.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Improve systems and processes that increase executive and team efficiency.
- Help create structure and repeatability in how leadership operates.
- Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed.
- Represent leadership with professionalism, warmth, and sound judgment.
- Build trust across the organization and with external partners.
- 4–8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of discretion, judgment, and reliability.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Experience in startups or high-growth tech companies.
- Experience supporting founders or C-level executives.
- Familiarity with productivity tools and collaboration platforms.
