Position: Executive Assistant

Core Responsibilities:

  • Arrange complex appointments, meetings, conference calls, and coordinate and confirm accompanying materials.
  • Coordinate extensive global travel, providing precise, detailed itineraries, contact lists, and agendas. Arrange visas when necessary. Manage frequent traveler accounts.
  • Proactively manage processes that support daily activities, such as background information, reminders, folders, to-do lists, and organizing notes that prompt calendar action.
  • Handle occasional personal-related duties.
  • Coordinate, manage and implement assigned tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work quickly and efficiently; remain flexible to shifting priorities.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations.
  • Plan and organize, with the ability to anticipate change and adjust responses accordingly.
  • Maintain balance amount multiple priorities while also demonstrating excellent time and project management skill
  • Have a global perspective and cultural sensitivity. Ability to work with diverse cultures and multi-generational teams.
  • Demonstrate proficient social media skills
  • Possess excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills in order to draft and review correspondence for executive.
  • Act as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders; represent the executive and build relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
  • Sense of humor, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in managing large or complex projects; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, professional but approachable.
  • Good judgment and discretion to manage confidential matters.
  • Essential traits: decisiveness, sensitivity, and credibility. Demonstrates leadership and confidence.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with Keynote and Photoshop is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in developing presentations, beyond the basics.
  • Adept at technology, including setting up virtual meetings.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and willingness to learn AI-powered tools.

  • Timely and accurate coordination of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Effective management of daily tasks and processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • High-quality PowerPoint presentations and other materials.
  • Successful adaptation to changing priorities and environments.

  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse teams.



Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.

Salary range:

$85,000 - $100,000
