In this role you’ll make an impact by: 

• Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.

• Handling email correspondence, draft communications, and respond on my behalf when necessary.

• Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records.

• Assisting with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

• Conducting research and compile reports as needed.

• Assisting with business-related tasks, such as preparing presentations, managing reports, and tracking deadlines.

• Coordinating business meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.

• Supporting professional brand initiatives, social media scheduling, and content coordination.

• Handling confidential business matters with professionalism and discretion.

 To succeed you must hold: 

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in an Administrative (Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, etc) role.

• Background in business operations, project management, or social media is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.

Location: Remote - must be located in 1 of the following states:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, or Wisconsin.

Expected salary range:   $68,000 - $80,000
