As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier administrative support within a dynamic environment. We're looking for a proactive individual with keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Your ability to think outside the box, foster relationships, and offer innovative solutions will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and organize VPs' executive diaries, prioritizing commitments.

  • Coordinate diary management and task prioritization for team members.

  • Produce precise and timely documents, including presentations, reports, and meeting minutes, with diligent follow-up.

  • Arrange domestic & international travel, meetings and events, handling logistics like catering and venue bookings.

  • Ensure prompt management of expenses and financial documentation.

Your Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office & excellent verbal & written communication skills

  • Superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

  • Eligibility to obtain a Defence Baseline Clearance.
