We are looking for a passionate Executive Assistant who will support the Qualco Technology Leadership team, organizing and managing the executives’ schedule and assisting them by performing a variety of administrative tasks to enable them to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.

A Day in the Life of an Executive Assistant at Qualco will include: 

  • Handle complex and ever-changing calendar & schedule meetings and appointments. 
  • Act as the point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external counterparts. 
  • Screen and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Make travel and event arrangements and create expense reports. 
  • Coordinate hospitality and prepare agendas for meetings/client visits. 
  • Keep/Prepare Minutes of Meetings. 
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately; and 
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. 
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role work experience in a commercial company. 
  • Bachelor's degree; 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English (Proficiency level); 
  • Microsoft Office certification will be considered as a plus; 
  • Outstanding organisational, attention to detail, problem-solving and time management skills;

  • Strong sense of discretion, accountability and time management skills;
  • Ability to perform in tight deadlines and high-pressure environments; 
  • Be flexible to deal with shifting priorities, dependable and punctual, and 
  • Be proactive and confident.
