Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of business meetings and events. Provide data entry, calendar coordination, and serve as a master of Microsoft Office Suite. Review and respond to correspondence and draft appropriate responses.
- Manage expenses and prepare reports with receipts and other forms of documentation. General administrative support and other duties as assigned.
- Assist in managing all aspects of a building’s occupancy and maintenance.
- Communicate with tenants regarding property-related issues.
- Coordinates with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
- Collaborates with the property management team to produce advertising materials.
- Maintain organized and updated resident files and records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred
- Minimum of three years of experience supporting an executive or manager
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Creative problem solving and practical time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
