The Opportunity
Adobe Design is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the VPs of Digital Media and Document Cloud Design and their respective teams. Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team’s overarching goals and objectives.
What you'll Do
-
Maintain calendars, coordinate scheduling, manage staff meetings and commitments

Arrange domestic and international travel

Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the two VPs

Work across Adobe on behalf of other executives, by collaborating with other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants to provide coordinated support to the various leaders

Partner with Team Ops Program Managers in managing VP’s discretionary budget

Support special projects including event management, coordinating client meetings, social and team building activities

Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed
What you need to succeed

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant

Strong attention to detail and is extremely organized

Clear and concise communication
-
Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
-
Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
-
Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic

Reliable and accessible. Available during normal working hours and available out of hours, as needed, particularly when managers are traveling.

Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools (email, calendaring).

Sense of humor and ability to work enthusiastically across organizations and with diverse personalities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $71,600 -- $155,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
