Current Need:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support two Vice Presidents within the Strategic Pricing and Manufacturer Relations organization. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, managing ad hoc special projects, and assisting with our corporate office in Irving, TX. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.
This is a hybrid (heavy remote) role in the DFW Area. Ideal candidate will reside within a commutable distance to our corporate headquarters in Irving, TX to support in-person meetings as needed (on average 2-4 days per month).
Key Responsibilities:

Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company.

Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.

Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.

Arrange travel and accommodations for executives; prepare expense reports.
-
Screen and triage emails in executive’s inbox; respond to requests by gathering and providing information.

Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, and organizations that the executive is involved with.

Manage the Executive's contacts.
-
Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls; contact outside normal business hours during travel periods may be needed.

Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle Executive level matters.

Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.

Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting information as needed, in advance.

Complete ad hoc projects as assigned – such as offsite team meetings and internal events.

Organize complex calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.

Provide general assistance on office days, as needed.
Minimum Requirement:
-
Typically requires 6+ years of advanced administrative support experience supporting mid-level executives.
Critical Skills:
-
6+ years of experience working in an Executive Assistant role supporting mid-level executives required.

Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
