- Bestellung Catering & externe Bewirtungen
- Beschaffungsmanagement von Unterlagen (Rechnungen, etc. für Kreditkartenabrechnungen)
- Erstellen & Präsentation der Eingangsschilder & Geburtstagsschilder
- Travel Management Antech Diagnostics Germany Mitarbeiter im Inland & Ausland (Recherche und Buchen von Hotel, Flug, Zug, Taxi, Mietwagen, Shuttle)
- Erstellen der Reisekostenabrechnungen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Beantragung der A1 Zertifikate
Education and Experience
- Mittlere Reife, vollendete kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Office Management oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Verbindliches, freundliches Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
