We are seeking a proactive and highly organized who will also take on responsibilities as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our executive team while also assisting in the coordination and management of various projects across the organization.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Create letters and documentation in perfect English
- Support COO in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
- Maintain documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication between different stakeholders.
- Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Execute specific assigned tasks
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant (3+ years).
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluent in English; knowledge of Ukrainian or russian is an advantage.
