Knowledge/Abilities-
- Provide high-level administrative and organizational support. Manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless day-to-day executive operations.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners.- Screen, prioritize, and manage emails, requests, and follow-ups on behalf of the leader.
- Coordinate hiring reviews, leadership meetings, and talent acquisition-related initiatives.- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to support TA priorities and business commitments.
- Arrange travel, meetings, offsites, and other logistics for the VP and TA leadership team.- Support planning and execution of recruitment events and leadership sessions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and other business documents as required.- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and confidential information with discretion.
Desirable Skills-
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment.- Prior exposure to Human Resources or Talent Acquisition support is preferred.
- Strong calendar management, multitasking, and coordination skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to interact professionally with executives, teams, and external partners.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Ability to create polished documents and presentations efficiently.
