Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Sterling, VA
Reports To: CEO
Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

At AllTech Services, we don’t hire assistants—we hire operators. The Executive Assistant is a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving alignment, owning systems, and ensuring nothing slips.

This is a proactive, high-performance role for someone who takes full ownership. You will not wait for direction—you will anticipate, act, and execute. You will manage the CEO’s time and attention around what actually moves the business, while also serving as a central operator across the leadership team.

You will bring structure where there is chaos, clarity where there is noise, and accountability where there are gaps.

This role operates in alignment with the AllTech core values: Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy (CARE)—with an expectation that they are lived out through execution, accountability, and leadership, not just language.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and aggressively manage the CEO’s calendar—ensuring time is invested only in high-impact priorities

  • Protect focus and drive outcomes by aligning meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with business objectives

  • Own internal operating systems for the leadership team (meeting cadence, agendas, scorecards, follow-ups, communication flow)

  • Act as the central hub for leadership communication—driving clarity, consistency, and alignment across all departments

  • Track, push, and close loops across teams—ensuring commitments are followed through and results are delivered

  • Hold leadership accountable to priorities, deadlines, and commitments—without hesitation

  • Confidently challenge priorities—even at the CEO level—when something is misaligned or off track

  • Drive execution on key initiatives and special projects from start to finish

  • Identify breakdowns in communication or process and fix them at the root

  • Manage high-level communications on behalf of the CEO with professionalism, urgency, and precision

  • Coordinate and run leadership meetings and off-sites with clear structure, defined outcomes, and enforced accountability

  • Own travel for the CEO and leadership team end-to-end—flights, lodging, transportation, detailed itineraries, and contingencies

  • Plan and execute company events, leadership off-sites, and strategic meetings from concept to completion

  • Ensure every trip, meeting, and event has a clear purpose, a tight agenda, and measurable outcomes

  • Anticipate logistical issues before they happen and solve them before they impact execution

What It Takes to Win
  • 4–7 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Proven ability to own systems, drive execution, and follow through without constant oversight

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a relentless focus on detail and completion

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at all levels of the organization

  • High level of business judgment—you understand priorities and act accordingly

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining speed and accuracy

  • Professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

  • A backbone—you are willing to push, challenge, and hold others accountable

Who You Are

You take ownership—completely.
You don’t wait—you act.
You don’t drop balls—you close loops.
You don’t avoid hard conversations—you lead them.
You don’t just support leaders—you make them better.

You operate with Curiosity to understand deeply, Ambition to push higher standards, Responsibility to own outcomes fully, and Empathy to communicate and lead effectively within a team-driven environment.

This Role Is NOT for You If…
  • You need constant direction or hand-holding

  • You are uncomfortable pushing leaders or holding them accountable

  • You avoid conflict or struggle with hard conversations

  • You prefer to “stay in your lane” instead of owning outcomes

  • You let tasks sit instead of driving them to completion

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to evolve. For the right person, this position can grow into a Chief of Staff role—expanding influence, ownership, and impact across the organization.

Why AllTech

We are currently the largest family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor in Virginia, and we carry a very intentional and intense desire to grow even further to better serve the people of Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas within the next five years.

Our mission is simple and relentless: to transform the home services experience through CARE and innovation.

We are on a clear path to grow to six locations, double our revenue, and double our team. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident—it requires discipline, alignment, and elite execution.

We operate with intensity, accountability, and purpose. We expect a lot—but we also build, develop, and invest in people who rise to the challenge.

If you want a role where you can own systems, drive real outcomes, and be part of building something meaningful—this is it.
