- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in Finance and Risk.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings, and resolving scheduling challenges.
- Prepare executives for meetings with organized agendas and briefing materials.
- Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and format correspondence and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Arrange and manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including logistics and accommodations.
- Coordinate internal events, such as leadership meetings and team offsites, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prepare and process expense reports, track budgets, and maintain accurate records.
- Support department-wide initiatives and cross-functional teams, collaborating with HR, Compliance, and Legal.
- Anticipate executive and team needs, offering proactive solutions to enhance productivity.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate, investment banking, or financial services environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Concur or similar expense management systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
