Tasks
Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee high-level administrative duties, such as managing systems crucial to daily operations, creating message templates, and drafting guest communication responses.
* Perform day-to-day administrative functions, including handling emails, scheduling, and documentation.
* Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence with impeccable written English.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Coordinate and manage tasks across multiple departments, maintaining strong collaboration.
* Assist in resolving disputes on platforms like [Booking.com](http://Booking.com).
* Maintain and update administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and timely task completion.
