Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the leadership team, including complex calendar management, correspondence, and coordination across global time zones.
- Support preparation for high-level meetings and events with partners in government, philanthropy, and multilateral institutions.
- Draft and manage communications, presentations, and briefing materials for engagements across global health, climate, and impact investment domains.
- Track deliverables and action items to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
- Serve as a connective point between the Abu Dhabi-based principals and global teams, ensuring efficient information flow and alignment.
- Manage logistics for regional travel, events, and multi-stakeholder convenings.
- Coordinate with global operations, finance, and partnerships teams on contracts, invoicing, and administrative processes.
- Maintain organized systems for documentation, research, and reporting.
- Assist with coordination of strategic partnerships, grantmaking, or co-investment initiatives across the GCC and global networks.
- Conduct light background research on mission-aligned partners, development priorities, and philanthropic trends.
- Represent the Sustainable Growth Division with professionalism and discretion in interactions with senior stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or training in international development, global health, sustainability, or business administration preferred.
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives or programs within venture capital, philanthropy, development finance, or multilateral organizations.
- Strong understanding of impact-driven initiatives, global development, or sustainability ecosystems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and cross-cultural fluency.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
