The Opportunity

As the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, QLD, you'll be the cornerstone of their day-to-day effectiveness. You'll bring order to complexity, anticipate needs before they arise, and create the space for your leader to focus on what matters most.

You'll be trusted to

  • Manage a dynamic diary and inbox, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is invested effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials and ensure leaders are set up for success.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships internally and externally while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and discretion.
  • Organise travel, itineraries, events, offsites, and leadership forums that bring people together and drive engagement.
  • Support leadership team activities, including agenda preparation, meeting coordination and minute taking.
  • Manage invoice reconciliation and team expenses with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Deliver seamless administrative and business support that enables the broader team to perform at their best.
