Responsibilities- Scheduling Partners' calendars and organizing international and domestic travel
- Organizing client and internal meetings including setting up meeting space, creating presentations, drafting agendas, writing memos, and organizing meeting materials
- Owning pieces of research projects that will inform client work such as media monitoring, including broadcast, print, online and digital.
- Supporting client relationship management, including organizing calls and managing the workflow with the client and team.
- Developing ability to support the paid media process through drafting briefs, working with vendors, and managing work flow.
- 2-4 years of experience supporting an executive through prior work as an Executive Assistant or Scheduler
- Strong writing and research skills with thorough knowledge of AP Style.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge and passion for political campaigns and political advertising
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes and to work well under pressure
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and handle competing deadlines.
