In this role, you will also work closely with the operations management team to coordinate and perform activities that span various functions, such as company events, conferences, and team-building activities. As such, you will be at the heart of decision-making processes, making a significant impact by providing critical support to our operations team. You will act as a liaison between executives, peers, and external collaborators, maintaining open lines of communication and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

We're looking for a great teammate eager to provide support in the following tasks:

We expect that you have a degree at Bachelor / Master level or equivalent work experience that you perform fluently in English and Spanish verbally and written. Preferably, you bring good experience from coordinating in a structured and proactive manner. Besides that, we value passion and self- driving in the everyday engagement.

Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a highly paced organization would be highly appreciated. We expect you to drive an inclusive work environment and that you can collaborate in a distributed team with diverse cultures.

Experience as EA/PA to a senior leader (ideally C-suite) in an international company, including facilitation of senior leadership team meetings, is an advantage.
