Executive Assistant to Owner

What You'll Be Doing:

• Keeping the Owner’s calendar tight and stress-free, so every moment is smooth.
• Orchestrating travel (flights, hotels, itineraries), as if you're giving him the VIP treatment.
• Giving legal contracts a friendly once-over, ensuring they’re solid.
• Managing social media messaging, so our owner and our brand always look their best.
• Acting as the friendly face of the company while packing a punch when needed. Think: “iron fist in a velvet glove.”
• Managing the delicate, behind-the-scenes stuff. Discretion and trust are your middle names.
• Helping out with the owners personal life when needed, whether that's scheduling appointments, helping plan a family dinner, or running a quick errand, so they can focus on what really matters.
