We’re hiring an Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support both the day-to-day operations of our NYC office and provide direct support to leadership.
What you’ll doOffice Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment throughout the day
- Stock and organize office supplies, snacks, beverages, and kitchen inventory
- Ensure meeting rooms and common spaces are guest-ready at all times
- Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and package organization
- Coordinate with vendors, building management, cleaners, and service providers
- Help maintain calendars for shared office resources and meeting spaces
- Provide support to leadership and team members on day-to-day coordination tasks
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for leadership
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries
- Handle personal errands, appointments, and administrative tasks as needed
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups across workstreams
- Assist with inbox management, document preparation, and light research
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, guests, and external engagements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify needs
